Acknowledgement – Metro Buddy

By using the Metro Buddy mobile application, I hereby acknowledge and confirm the following:

• I understand that the Metro Buddy App is intended to assist users by providing alarm notifications before reaching their designated metro stop.
• I acknowledge that Metro Buddy is not an official application of the Dubai Metro or the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA), and is an independent app built for user convenience.
• I accept that the accuracy of alarms and notifications may be affected by external factors such as connectivity issues, metro delays, or changes in routes.
• I agree that I will not rely solely on the App for my commute and will remain attentive during my journey.
• I acknowledge that Metro Buddy does not guarantee 100% accuracy in alarms or uninterrupted service.
• I understand that Metro Buddy collects minimal personal and location data necessary for its functioning, in compliance with UAE laws and the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).
• I acknowledge that I have the right to request modification or deletion of my personal data, and I can do so by contacting the support team through the App.
• I accept that Metro Buddy will not be held responsible for missed stops, delays, or any inconvenience caused due to reliance on the App.
• I understand that misuse of the App, including unlawful activities or attempts to disrupt its functionality, may result in suspension or termination of access.

By continuing to use Metro Buddy, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agreed to this acknowledgement.
